Refund policy

Return Policy:

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unworn items with tags intact.
  

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, incorrect products, or size issues.
  

• To initiate a return, email us at support@veesaa.in with your order number and product images.
  

Refund Policy:

• Once your return is approved and the product reaches us, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
  

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  

Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacements (subject to stock availability).
  

Non-returnable items:

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
